Powder Coating

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying an ornamental and protective finish to virtually any type of metal.

The powder used in the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is electrostatically sprayed onto the surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until the powder is heated and fused into a smooth coating in the curing oven. The result is a consistent, long-lasting, high quality, and attractive finish.

HVLP and Industrial Coating

Architectural Metal Painting using high volume, low pressure (HVLP) painting is an efficient paint process that can be applied on-site or in-shop.

The process is similar to conventional spraying; however the spray gun itself requires a low pressure (LP). A higher volume (HV) of air is used to propel the paint at lower air pressure. The result is a higher percentage of paint reaching the target surface with condensed over spray, materials consumption, and air contamination.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting is the process of preparing and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across the surface at high speed using compressed air.

Paint, oil, and dirt are removed evenly from the surface with ease. Using an alternate air supply, protective wear, and proper ventilation, sandblasting is carefully controlled. It also creates the optimal profile to ensure all coatings adhere properly.

Electrostatic Painting

An electrostatic finish is an extremely efficient way to refinish metal.

It produces  a durable on-site finish. In fact, the finish can be considered comparable to the original factory finish in quality and durability.
