The powder used in the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is electrostatically sprayed onto the surface to be coated. The result is a consistent, long-lasting, high quality, and attractive finish.
Powder coating is a modern environmentally friendly process. Powder coating contains no solvents and releases negligible amounts, if any, VOCS into the atmosphere. Any odor problems are essentially eliminated.
